Terms of Service

Hound is a lead-generation platform operated by 360 LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17335918, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms govern your access to and use of our website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service is provided for business use only. By creating an account you confirm you are acting in the course of a business, trade or profession, and not as a consumer; consumer protection rules that apply only to consumer contracts do not apply.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

The Service is offered on a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Each plan provides a monthly allowance of credits that meter usage; unused credits may roll over subject to the caps described on our pricing page. One-time add-on credit packs apply to the current billing period and do not roll over.

Where a trial is offered, we collect payment details up front and charge the plan fee when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked inside the app. Cancellation stops the next charge; your plan continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where we are required to charge them.

The Service surfaces information from public sources. You agree to use exported data lawfully, including in compliance with applicable data-protection and anti-spam laws (such as UK GDPR and PECR) when you contact the businesses and people you find. You must not use the Service to send unlawful communications, to scrape or resell the Service itself, to circumvent usage limits, or to interfere with its operation or security.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Service draws on public business listings, the open web, public social profiles, and similar sources; we do not sell or resell your exports. You are the controller of any personal data you collect through the Service and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it.

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by 360 LABS LTD and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. Data you export for your own lawful business use remains yours to use accordingly.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results, contact details or enrichment data are complete, current or error-free, and we are not responsible for how you use them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
