Terms of Service

Hound is operated by 360 LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17335918, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA (“we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of our website and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

You give us your website. Each morning Hound looks for people who are already asking for what you sell, on LinkedIn, Reddit, X, public Facebook groups and the wider web, for people who say publicly that they are unhappy with one of your competitors, and for people reacting to or commenting on your own or your competitors’ LinkedIn posts. It checks whether they fit, finds them on LinkedIn, looks up their work email, writes a message, and reaches out to them from your own LinkedIn account and your own mailbox.

If you switch on Public tenders, Hound also reads the UK government’s public contract notices (Contracts Finder and Find a Tender) and shows you the open ones that fit what you sell. It never contacts the buyer about a tender: you decide whether to bid, on the notice itself.

If you switch on New UK companies, Hound also reads the Companies House register for companies registered in the last three weeks in your buyers’ industries, finds a director of each on LinkedIn, and treats the ones who fit like anyone else it finds, within the same daily limits.

If you switch on Companies running ads, Hound also searches Meta’s public Ad Library for businesses like your buyers that just started a Facebook or Instagram ad, and finds the owner or marketing lead there on LinkedIn, inside the same daily limits.

Hound is built for agencies and B2B service businesses. Results depend on what people post publicly, so we can’t promise a set number of people, replies or booked calls.

The Service is for business use only. By creating an account you confirm you are using it for your business, trade or profession, not as a consumer, and that you are at least 18.

Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

There is one plan, Hound, at £99 a month, or £990 a year when checkout offers it. There is no free plan. It is billed in advance, monthly or yearly as you chose, by our payment provider, Stripe, and renews each month or year until you cancel. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Founding member price: if you subscribe while founding is open, you pay £99 a month and keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price shown at that time applies. When founding closes, new customers pay the price shown then.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops the next payment; your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, then ends.

30-day money-back guarantee: ask within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, payments already made are not refunded, except under the LinkedIn safety promise in section 05 or where the law requires it.

To reach out for you, Hound connects to your LinkedIn account and your mailbox through Unipile, our secure LinkedIn and email partner. Messages go from your own accounts, in your name. You can disconnect either at any time.

To keep your accounts safe, Hound sends at most 20 LinkedIn connection requests and 50 LinkedIn messages a day, at random times during working hours, and at most 40 emails a day from your mailbox. These limits are the same for every customer and cannot be raised. Sending stops when someone replies. Your own answer to someone who wrote to you in the last day can go between 7am and 10pm your time, any day, inside the same limits.

LinkedIn and email providers make their own rules and can limit or restrict an account at any time. We follow the limits above to lower that risk, but we can’t control those providers and are not responsible for what they decide, apart from the promise below.

LinkedIn safety promise: if LinkedIn restricts or suspends your connected LinkedIn account while the Service sent from it within the limits above, we refund the payment for the month in which it happened (on a yearly plan, one twelfth of the yearly payment) and help you appeal.

To claim it, email us within 14 days of the restriction. It applies when nothing else sent automated invitations or messages from that account in the 14 days before, such as another automation tool or a browser extension. We check against our own sending records. It is one refund per LinkedIn account in any 12 months.

Everything Hound sends goes out in your name, so you are responsible for it. You agree to:

• follow LinkedIn’s User Agreement and the rules of any mailbox you connect;
• follow UK data protection and marketing law, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), when you contact people;
• stop contacting anyone who asks you to, and honour opt-outs;
• not use the Service for spam, harassment, misleading claims or anything unlawful, and not copy, resell or interfere with the Service or try to get around its limits.

If you switch on memes, or attach one to a message, Hound sends a well-known meme picture with captions it writes from your message. You choose which memes may be used, and they go out in your name like any other message. The pictures are popular internet memes that belong to their owners; Hound does not license them to you, and we may remove any of them at any time.

Hound only uses information people have made public and business contact details. It looks up work emails only: first the work email on someone’s LinkedIn profile, then our email lookup partners (Prospeo, then Anymailfinder). It never uses personal addresses such as Gmail or Hotmail. It sends no first email to people it can tell are in Germany or Austria, and in the UK only to companies it finds on the Companies House register, because the law there needs consent first for everyone else. You remain responsible for who you contact (section 06). Details can be out of date or wrong, and we don’t guarantee they are complete or accurate.

Hound keeps its own record of the public posts its searches read, as described in our Privacy Policy, and uses it to improve the Service. It never shows another customer anything from your account.

The Hound network: a public post your searches read and leave out, or one you skip as not a fit for you, may go to one other Hound customer whose business it fits, and you may get theirs. These people count inside your daily number of new people and go through your own fit check. Who found a post is never shown, and nobody you contacted, kept or said you know is passed on. Your own searches always fill your day first; these only use room they leave.

If you connect your own website visitor tool (Snitcher or Dealfront), your account with that tool and its tracking on your website are yours: you are responsible for the cookie notice and consent your visitors need. Hound reads only which companies visited and when, to put them higher on Today and find someone there who could buy, and never mentions a visit in a message.

If you put Hound’s line on your website instead, you are responsible for telling your visitors and for running it only after they agree, through your own cookie banner. Hound processes the visit for you under our Data Processing Agreement, keeps only the company a visit came from, and never mentions a visit in a message.

For the people you contact, you decide who to reach and why, so you are the controller of their data and need a lawful basis to contact them. We process it for you under our Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these terms, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it. Anyone you contact can see why at houndreach.com/contacted and stop all contact through Hound there.

The Service, its software and design belong to 360 LABS LTD. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your plan is active. Your website content, your messages and the leads you get through the Service are yours.

To make Hound better for everyone, we combine counts of how outreach does (such as reply rates by writing style or by where people were found) across customers. These counts never include your messages or contacts, and a pattern is only used when it comes from at least five customers.

We work hard to keep Hound running well, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan and asking us to delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if your use puts other customers, the Service or anyone’s accounts at risk.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
