Questions about the price
How much does Hound cost?
£99 a month for one plan with everything in it, at the founding member price. There are no credits, tiers or add-ons to work out.
What is the founding member price?
It is the price for the first members, while founding is open: £99 a month, and you keep it for as long as you stay. When founding closes, new members pay £129 a month. If you cancel and come back later, you join at the price shown then.
What if LinkedIn restricts my account?
If LinkedIn restricts your account while Hound kept to its limits, we refund that month and help you appeal. Tell us within 14 days. The full terms are on the LinkedIn safety page.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every account is the same paid plan, so everyone gets the full product.
What if Hound isn’t for me?
Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Are there limits on sending?
Yes, and they are the same for everyone: at most 20 LinkedIn connection requests and 50 LinkedIn messages a day, sent in working hours at a human pace. They keep your LinkedIn account safe and can never be raised.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops the next payment.
Do I need my own tools?
Only your LinkedIn account and your Gmail or Outlook, which you connect in Settings. Finding people, their emails and writing the messages are all included.
Can I add more LinkedIn accounts or businesses?
Not yet. Each plan is one business and one LinkedIn account. If your team needs more, email support@houndreach.com and tell us what you need.
